Sibeilin Group Establishes Enterprise Trade Union

On April 30, Sibeilin Group held a preparatory meeting for the establishment of its trade union.

The meeting explained the responsibilities and rights of the enterprise trade union; read out the notice on the establishment of the leading preparatory group for the Sibeilin Group Trade Union; publicized relevant policies such as the Trade Union Law and the Measures for the Implementation of the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China in Hubei Province; summarized the necessity of establishing the Sibeilin Group Trade Union; and set up a preparatory group.

The establishment of the trade union by Sibeilin Group aims to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, promote harmonious relations between the enterprise and its employees, strengthen the cohesion and sense of belonging of employees, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
